INreach

The purpose of INreach is found in...
Ephesians 02.10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

To know that they belong to Jesus Christ & were created in Christ to do good works.  This is accomplished in three ways, which are found in the following passage.

Isaiah 40.11 He will feed His flock like a shepherd; He will gather the lambs w/ His art And carry them in His bosom, And gently lead those who are w/ young.  

Teach the Word

Isaiah 40.11 He will feed His flock like a shepherd...  

Teaching the youth the Word of God verse by verse is the foundation of this ministry.  (1CO3.11)

 Take Care of the Youth

Isaiah 40.11 ...He will gather the lambs w/ His arm, And carry them in His bosom...

 Taking care of the youth involves counseling & time of fellowship.  Counseling of the youth will always be down from a Biblical point of view.  Fellowship will happen in the time before & after studies, at events, & at campus.

 Disciple the Youth

Isaiah 40.11  ...And gently lead those who are w/ young.

 Discipling them is as important follow up to teaching the Word of God & spending time w/ them. (Ne08.08; Mt28.19-20)  This will allow for further interaction w/ the youth, whether on a one-on-one basis or in small groups.
